Conteluxe — Privacy notice

Version: creator-privacy-v7-2026-10-07

1. Who handles your data

Conteluxe LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is the controller for this Content ID service at conteluxe.com/drm. Mailing address: 30 N Gould St #65161, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: contact@conteluxe.com. This notice covers this service, not unrelated website activities.

2. Information and purposes

We process account and contact details, rights-holder identity, source links, connected account identifiers, selected videos, durations, view counts and measurement periods, production and rights evidence, signatures, claims, statements and payout information. We use this information to consider your application, verify account control and recent traffic against our published eligibility thresholds, perform the agreement and handle payments and disputes. Authentication and security logs help protect accounts and prevent fraud. Required identity, source and rights information is needed to assess your application; without it we cannot provide the service.

3. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, requested pre-contractual steps and performance of an individual’s agreement rely on contractual necessity. EU or member-state legal duties rely on legal obligation where applicable. Necessary business communications, proportionate fraud prevention, security, legal claims and compliance with other applicable accounting duties rely on our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. We do not make marketing consent a condition of service. Account checks assist human review and do not make a final legal ownership decision; you can request a review.

4. Connected accounts

When you connect YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or X, the platform provides the identifiers and video associations and read-only analytics covered by your authorization. Sign-in happens on that platform; do not give us your platform password. Connection credentials are used for the authorized checks and are excluded from downloadable agreements. You may disconnect or revoke access using your account controls or the platform security settings. Revoking API access does not remove an approved contractual account scope; contact support to end or amend that scope. This can require verification again and does not erase signed contracts or records we must retain.

5. Who receives information

Necessary information may be shared with appointed rights administrators, including affiliates, CMS providers, the relevant platform, hosting and payment providers, professional advisers and authorities where required. Recipients receive information needed for their role; unrelated marketing is not authorized. Contact us for the recipients relevant to your records. Conteluxe is a US company, and service data may be processed in the United States or in other countries where our providers operate. Before a transfer requiring safeguards under applicable data-protection law, we must identify the destination and lawful transfer arrangement, and provide the applicable adequacy or safeguard details and how to obtain a copy. Agreement acceptance is not consent to international transfers.

6. How long we keep information

Application records are kept for review and necessary follow-up; connection credentials for the authorized connection; and contracts, rights evidence and claim records for service administration and applicable legal-claim periods. Accounting records are kept for their statutory retention periods. Relevant legal holds may extend these periods. We delete information when these purposes no longer require it. You can ask which retention period applies to a particular record.

7. Your rights

You can delete your portal account from Account settings. This removes login access, active sessions and locally stored platform credentials. Signed agreements, necessary rights and claim records, and accounting or payment records are retained only while a lawful purpose requires them, as described above. Deleting portal access does not itself terminate an agreement, release a Content ID claim, or forfeit royalties. Contact support for withdrawal and any remaining data-erasure or payment request. Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw any consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact contact@conteluxe.com. We may request proportionate identity evidence to protect your information. Where the GDPR applies, you may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including in your habitual residence, place of work or the place of an alleged infringement. Other rights under your applicable privacy law remain available.

8. YouTube API Services and Google data

This service uses YouTube API Services, including channel and video data and authorized read-only YouTube Analytics reports. Google’s Privacy Policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You may revoke access at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions or through Disconnect API access in your account. Request deletion at contact@conteluxe.com. Operational platform credentials, cached catalogues and verification proofs are removed on local disconnection; expired operational API records are purged within 30 days unless refreshed. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Our use and transfer of Google API information adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Signed declarations and independently supplied legal/accounting records may be retained where necessary under applicable law; this does not authorize indefinite retention of API analytics.

9. Cookies and browser storage

The portal uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and browser storage for interface preferences and the return from an account connection. This portal does not include advertising cookies or third-party advertising scripts. Server requests may generate security and diagnostic logs including IP address, browser details and time. If optional analytics or other non-essential technologies are added, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before use.

10. Eligibility checks and review

Automated account checks compare selected videos with the authorized account, require a duration of at least 30 seconds and, for a new account application, a combined last-30-day threshold of 100,000 views on YouTube or 1,000,000 on another supported source using up to 10 videos per account. Missing platform metrics can prevent continuation. These checks are not a determination of copyright ownership. Contact contact@conteluxe.com to request a human review of a failed or inaccurate check and explain its impact. A human separately reviews rights and enrollment.
