Conteluxe — Terms of Service
Version: conteluxe-service-v2-2026-10-06
1. Service and operator
These terms cover Conteluxe’s Content ID portal at conteluxe.com/drm, operated by Conteluxe LLC, Wyoming, USA. Mailing address: 30 N Gould St #65161, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: contact@conteluxe.com. By creating an account or using connected-platform features you accept these portal terms. Browsing these pages or creating an account does not grant a copyright licence. A separate signed Content ID agreement and accepted work schedule govern licensed videos, revenue shares, payment and termination. If these portal terms conflict with that agreement on those subjects, the signed agreement prevails.
2. Accounts and applications
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the stated rights holder. Provide accurate information, protect your login and notify us of suspected misuse. Authorize only accounts you are entitled to access. You may connect multiple accounts. Each account requires an approved application or signed extension before its videos can be submitted. Existing identity information is reused; correct it if it has changed. Connecting an account does not license all its videos or prove copyright ownership.
3. Scope and eligibility
The service administers eligible visual content through YouTube Content ID. Audio is excluded from the licence and claims, even for audiovisual works. Other platforms are sources for verification, not monetization destinations. For a new account application, select 1–10 videos of at least 30 seconds each and demonstrate at least 100,000 combined YouTube views, or 1,000,000 combined views on another supported source, during the last 30 days per account. These are Conteluxe’s application thresholds, not YouTube’s Content ID eligibility rules. Meeting them does not establish copyright ownership or platform eligibility. Verification may be temporarily unavailable or require additional evidence. Contact us for human review of an inaccurate check. Rights, previous CMS release, soundtrack clearance where required by the platform, and partner eligibility are reviewed separately. Neither enrollment, matches nor revenue are guaranteed.
4. Permitted use and restrictions
Do not submit another person’s content without sufficient written authority, falsify rights evidence, manipulate traffic, evade account restrictions, access another user’s records, interfere with the service or submit abusive or unlawful material. Videos with a conflicting CMS reference or exclusive administrator must be released first. We may reject unsupported submissions, correct mistakes and proportionately restrict service for substantiated misuse. We explain the reason and provide a way to challenge it at contact@conteluxe.com, unless disclosure is temporarily prohibited by law or would compromise an active security investigation.
5. Platform connections
You sign in with the relevant platform; do not provide its password to Conteluxe. You may revoke API access at any time. Revocation stops verification and does not automatically terminate a signed licence. Contact support to withdraw an approved account scope under the signed agreement. When using our YouTube API features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Other platform terms apply to their respective connections. Your own YouTube uploads remain self-monetized unless the signed schedule requests Conteluxe collection for selected works and the CMS provider and platform separately accept that arrangement.
6. Royalties and restrictions
The signed agreement controls revenue and payment. A service suspension does not forfeit accrued royalties. Only amounts genuinely affected by an evidenced rights dispute, invalid earnings, refund obligation or legal restriction may be temporarily held, proportionate to the issue. We identify the amount, currency, reason and review deadline, review within 30 days and release funds when no longer justified. Renewals require a documented continuing basis. Undisputed amounts remain payable. You may contest a hold at contact@conteluxe.com.
7. Changes and access to records
Material service amendments are displayed with a version and change summary and require affirmative acceptance before continued dashboard use. They apply prospectively. They do not silently rewrite previously signed licences, agreed shares or accrued payments. You may decline and contact us about withdrawal; support, signed records and undisputed payout access remain available. Material changes to existing rights or financial terms require a separately signed amendment identifying the affected licence.
8. Responsibility and complaints
Each party remains responsible under applicable law for its own conduct and breach. We do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Wyoming law and applicable US federal law govern without removing mandatory consumer protections of your habitual residence, mandatory copyright rights or access to competent courts. No mandatory arbitration or exclusive US court is imposed. Send complaints, withdrawal notices and account questions to contact@conteluxe.com. The Privacy Policy separately explains personal-data processing; acceptance of these terms is not marketing consent.
9. YouTube Content ID requirements
Only sufficiently distinctive material under exclusive control in the relevant territories is eligible as a reference. Non-exclusive licences, public-domain or open-licensed material and third-party clips used under fair use do not establish those rights. Ineligible segments must be excluded; compilations need separate eligible component references. See YouTube’s eligibility rules: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2605065. Our service uses visual reference matching; it does not claim soundtrack rights. Reference types are explained at https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/107004. Accurate rights and work information, authorized-use exclusions and review of questionable claims are required. Monetization remains subject to YouTube’s content and monetization policies. Conteluxe and its CMS provider must follow the applicable Content Manager rules: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/9142671. An unsupported reference or claim may need to be excluded, corrected or released. Platform policy changes do not expand a signed licence, alter its agreed share or remove mandatory legal rights.
